Photo dome is our trade name for printed pins, also called offset printed pins.  Sometimes your design is not compatible with the enamel process.  The photodome process is a great alternative.  The design is printed on vinyl and then affixed to a flat piece of metal (either gold or silver in color). A protective clear acrylic dome is put on top of the image to protect it.  One unique aspect to our photodome pins is we use special blend of acrylic that will not yellow over time.  Most companies use epoxy which tends to yellow over time.  Our Photodome pins are made right here in Utah which provide flexibility in manufacturing and delivery to meet your tight deadlines.  We work with certain stock shapes; most designs can be adapted to one of these stock shapes.  See the images displayed below to choose the size that best meets your needs.

Photodome lapel pins are produced by printing your custom design digitally onto an adhesive label. Each label is individually placed onto a metal backing. A clear epoxy dome is added to protect the label from scratching and fading.
